What you receive

A control centre built for your business

A working system for the parts of your business you want to manage in one place. We agree the first version before building it.

A clear overview

A home screen showing the information and tasks that matter to your team. We decide together what belongs there.

The functions you choose

Your team can sign in to manage the customers, inquiries, jobs, bookings and tasks you choose. We list every included feature in the proposal.

Setup and testing

We set up the agreed features and test them together using sample data before introducing real business information.

A handover for your team

We show your team how to use the system in everyday work and agree who should have access.

Connections, checked first

If you want to connect existing tools, we first check what they allow. Connections and any provider fees are listed separately in the proposal.

Price, timing and support

There is no fixed monthly plan or one-size-fits-all price. We quote the agreed first build after learning what you need. Your proposal separates the build price from hosting, third-party fees and any optional support, so you can decide before work begins.

Example delivery · service business

From first inquiry to completed job in one shared view.

Imagine a repair business scheduling visits in a calendar while tracking customers in email and spreadsheets. A first version could organise the work into three views:

01

Today’s work

New inquiries, planned visits and cases that need a reply.

02

Customers and jobs

Customer details, job instructions, ownership and status in one place.

03

Follow-up

A queue showing the next action, its owner and when the customer needs an update.

Example workflow: a customer requests a repair → an owner takes the case → a visit is planned → the job is updated → the customer is followed up. Team access, editable information and any integrations are specified before the build.

An illustrative example, not a completed client project or a fixed package. Your proposal defines exactly what is included.

Try the sample workspace

Know what you are agreeing to before the build.

After the workflow review, you receive a written proposal covering functions, exclusions, timing and responsibilities. We agree how testing and delivery acceptance will work. Features outside the first version stay separate.

Development

The scoped first version: screens, functions, testing and handover.

External services

Any licences, API fees and other provider charges are shown separately.

Hosting and maintenance

The proposal identifies who handles hosting, security updates and backups, and what they cost.

Support and changes

Support scope, contact channels and response times are defined in the proposal. New features are quoted separately unless included.

At handover, we walk the team through daily use. The proposal also clarifies access to accounts and customer data, export options and what happens if you end hosting or support.
