Your information, explained simply.
We use the details you share to respond to your request. You do not need to share private business records to start a conversation.
Optional AI chat
When you send a chat question, your message and recent conversation are sent through our server to OpenAI together with relevant public website text. The chat cannot access the owner inbox or customer records. Daystead does not save a chat transcript in its database or browser storage; messages remain in page memory until cleared or reloaded. The API request disables response storage, but provider security retention may still apply. Do not share passwords, customer records or sensitive information. You can use email or the inquiry form instead. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated requests.
What this policy covers
This page explains information collected through the Daystead website. A control centre built for a customer needs its own arrangements for that customer’s data.
What you send us
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, business type and answers about your team and needs. Website, tools and additional details are optional. Please leave out passwords, customer records and sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use your answers to understand your request, reply and discuss a possible project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or make a purchase.
Where your request goes
Your inquiry is saved in our database and can be viewed in the owner inbox. Email notifications include your request, and a confirmation is sent to the address you provide.
Services involved
The website is hosted on Vercel, inquiry data is stored using Supabase, and notification emails are sent using Resend. The owner receives notifications in Proton Mail. If you allow optional visitor statistics, Google Analytics also processes information about your visit.
Storage and deletion
The current inquiry system does not automatically delete requests after a fixed period. Copies may also exist in notification emails and provider backups. Contact us if you want to ask about storage or request deletion; the request needs to cover both the inbox and email copies.
Cookies and the demo
Login uses cookies to keep the owner signed in. The site also remembers a display theme. The interactive demo uses fictional information and does not send real messages. Google Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly allow analytics in the cookie settings. No advertising trackers are used.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold about you and request correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to its use and to receive a copy. You can complain to Sweden’s privacy authority, IMY.
