Why Daystead

For workflows that do not fit standard software.

We map how work moves through the business and build a smaller first version around the most useful steps.

  • Your real workflow is mapped before development.
  • The first version stays small and useful.
  • Integrations are checked before they are promised.
  • Features, limits and timing are documented first.
  • Unnecessary features and generic dashboards are left out.
  • Build, third-party, hosting and support costs are separated.

Choose the right kind of system

Standard software or a tailored build?

Standard CRM or booking system

  • — Fixed features and established workflows
  • — Fast to start when needs are common
  • — May include features the team never uses
  • — Connections may require workarounds

Daystead

  • Built around the business workflow
  • A smaller first version with necessary features
  • Workflow mapping before development
  • Checked integrations and clear scope

Standard software is often right when it already solves the problem. Daystead makes sense when important steps fall between tools or the team needs a more specific workflow.

From the founder

A smaller system should solve real problems, not just look impressive in a demo.

Daystead began with a simple observation: small teams often lose control because the next step is scattered, not because they lack software. My job is to understand the workflow first, state what can be built and begin with the smallest version that genuinely helps.

Daystead does not yet have client references to publish. The site therefore uses clearly labelled examples and makes no unsupported claims.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before getting in touch.

What does Daystead do?

We build a tailored CRM and working tool where teams manage customers, inquiries, bookings, jobs and tasks around their real workflow.

Is it a CRM or booking system?

It can include customer records, booking views and job management, but it is not ready-made software. The agreed features appear in your written proposal.

What do we receive?

A working tool with the agreed screens and features. We test it with you and show your team how to use it.

Does the form commit me to anything?

No. It starts a conversation. A project begins only after a separate agreement.

Can you connect tools we already use?

Yes, after access, limitations and provider fees have been checked. We do not promise integrations in advance.

What does it cost?

There is no fixed package price. The proposal separates the build, third-party services, hosting and support.

When is standard CRM a better choice?

If ready-made software already fits your workflow, it is often faster and cheaper. Daystead fits when important steps fall between tools.

How long does it take?

That depends on features and integrations. The proposal includes a delivery plan before work begins.

What happens after delivery?

We show the team how to use the tool. Support, maintenance and future changes are included only when expressly agreed.

How can we contact you?

Use the form or email contact@daystead.se. We reply by email after reviewing your description.

Which customer cases or jobs are hardest to keep together?

Tell us how you work today. The inquiry is non-binding and a project starts only after a separate agreement.
